Junior Achievement of Mahoning Valley is sponsoring an online holiday auction to be held from Nov. 6 to Dec. 1. Available will be quality merchandise and services donated by merchants, service businesses and individuals. Featured will be such things as a week at a Florida condo, gift baskets, gift certificates, tickets for sporting events, concerts and shows, and meals at area restaurants. The annual Old Hickory Craft Show will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Hickory High School, 640 N. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, Pa. There will be more than 100 crafters, a Chinese auction and homemade lunches. Proceeds benefit the school band program.

East Palestine Town and Country Garden Club will sponsor "A Time for Remembrance" two-day tour of five homes and the Historical Society Log House, which will be decorated in a variety of themes. Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Center, 4500 Norquest Blvd., Austintown will hold an adult (BYOB) Halloween party from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday.The cost is $15.A buffet will be served from 7:30 to 9 p.m. and will feature, chicken, ham, vegetable medley, sweet potatoes, coleslaw, tossed salad, rolls, coffee, tea and soft drinks.
