YOUNGSTOWN -- Jessica Jude Manning and Ian Ashley McKenna received a papal blessing as they were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Sept. 16 at St. Columba Cathedral by the bride's uncle, the Rev. Patrick Manning, and the Rev. John Keener.
After a reception at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall, the couple left for a honeymoon on the islands of Hawaii and Maui. They live in Liberty Township.
The bride is a daughter of Michael and Linda Manning and the groom is a son of Martin and Julie McKenna, all of Liberty Township.
The bride's ivory satin gown was accented with embroidery and crystals, and the skirt extended into a chapel train.
Burnt-orange gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Meredyth Ray, Cory Yankush and Allison Poole, and the bridesmaids, Lisa Conwell, Jessica Bacon, Lisa Cambert, Margaret Bishop, Kelley Manning, Mollie Keevey and Bridget Keevey. Flower girl was Colleen Manning.
Best man was Ryan McKenna, and groomsmen were Jordan Farley, David Dennis, Liam Bishop, William LoSasso, Frank Nolasco, Mickey Curd, Matthew Guarnieri, Brock Massullo and James Fleming. Ring bearer was Devan Keevey.
A graduate of Sharon Regional Hospital School of Radiology, Mrs. McKenna is a radiologic technician with Forum Health Northside Medical Center, Youngstown.
Mr. McKenna earned a bachelor's degree in history at Youngstown State University and a juris doctorate at the University of Toledo College of Law.
