New Middletown: Trunk-n-Treat, 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29 at Free Methodist Community Church, 9900 Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road. There will be games in car trunks. Children may come in costumes and play for candy and prizes. Free hot dogs, popcorn and pop.
New Middletown: 6 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31.
North Jackson: 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31.
Poland Village/Township: 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31.
Poland Village: 6 to 7 p.m. Oct. 30, eighth annual Trick-or-Treat Night at Sunrise Assisted Living, 335 West McKinley Way (Route 224). Costumed children, ages 2 to 10, are invited to trick-or-treat from room to room. Due to limited parking, shuttle service will be provided from Poland United Methodist Church. Hermitage: Shenango Valley Mall, 3303 E. State St., trick-or-treat event from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Children 12 and under will receive treats from merchants at participating stores. There also will be craft and game stations and a costume contest at 7 p.m.
