BOARDMAN -- Jessica L. Kane, a daughter of James and Paula Kane, 7292 Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, Poland, and Larry Lencyk, a son of Lawrence and Jacquelyn Lencyk, 5405 Leffingwell Road, Canfield, were united in marriage Sept. 9 at St. Charles Church.
The 1:30 p.m. ceremony was solemnized by the Rev. Matthew Shelton, and later that day a reception was held in honor of the couple at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall, Youngstown.
The couple live at 7421 Sierra Madre Trail, after a wedding trip to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico.
The bride's gown was designed with a sweetheart neckline on a heavily beaded bodice, and the full skirt featured pickup gathers and swept into a semicathedral train embellished with flowers.
Fuchsia-colored gowns were worn by the bride's cousin and honor attendant, Maggie Ramsbottom, and the bridesmaids, Mary and Sarah Kane, the bride's sisters; Jennifer McFall; and Debbie Blanch. Flower girl was Brittany McFall.
Brian Lencyk served as his brother's best man, and groomsmen were Robert Good, Jeff Rolfe, Frank Spatara and Joseph Rafidi. Ring bearer was the bride's nephew, Jonathon Waguespack.
Mrs. Lencyk is a personal banker with Sky Bank in Boardman. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in communication studies.
Mr. Lencyk is a bricklayer with Lencyk Masonry Inc.
