HUBBARD -- Carmel Rose Mallon and Karl John Michael Schehl were united in marriage by the Rev. Timothy O'Neill during a 1:30 p.m. ceremony Sept. 16 at St. Patrick Church.
The daughter of Carmen Mallon, 50 Abbey St., Girard, and Betty Shoup of Hubbard, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Schehl, 714 Dresden Drive, Hubbard, were honored later that day during a reception at The Gallery.
The couple live at 207 Churchill Hubbard Road after a wedding trip to Disney World in Florida.
Embellished with beading in a floral design, the bride's strapless white A-line gown featured a chapel train.
Julie Pusztai of Hubbard, the honor attendant, wore a pink and celadon-colored gown, as did the bridesmaids, Leslie Mallon of Cleveland and Patty Brush of Fort Mill, S.C., sisters of the bride, and Paige Brush of Fort Mill, her niece. Flower girl was Jocelyn Countryman of Niles.
Bill Countryman of Niles performed the duties of best man, and serving as groomsmen were Brian Brush of Fort Mill, the bride's brother-in-law; Mark Rock of Niles, a cousin of the bride; and George Schehl of Palm Bay, Fla., the groom's brother. Ring bearer was Colin Appley of Boardman.
Mrs. Schehl is a receptionist with Trumbull County Family Court in Warren.
Mr. Schehl is a technician with Baker Installations in Meadville, Pa.
