City offices: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, New Castle, New Castle Courthouse, Newton Falls Municipal Court, are closed; Salem and Sharon are open.
County offices: Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, (commissioners office), Mercer, Lawrence are closed.
All state offices: Ohio Bureau of Jobs and Family Services offices are closed.
Federal offices: U.S. Post Office, Youngstown, Warren, Federal Bankruptcy Court (clerk's office), District Court are closed.
Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Sharon, Youngstown Diocese, are open; New Castle, closed.
Universities: Youngstown State and
Kent State Trumbull Campus are both open.
Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA) is closed.
Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, open; Warren-Trumbull, closed.
Stock market: Butler Wick & amp; Co., open.
Banks: Chase Bank, open.
Charter One; Cortland Banks; Farmers National Bank; First National Bank; Home Federal Savings & amp; Loan, Niles; Home Savings & amp; Loan; Key Bank; National City of Ohio; National City of Pennsylvania; Sky Bank are closed.
First Place Bank, Warren, only Boardman & amp; Austintown Giant Eagle, Boardman Main, Howland and Struthers IGA open 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; other locations are closed.
US Bank in Poland, Boardman, Canfield and Warren area, open 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Trash collection: Browning-Ferris Industries of Ohio, Youngstown District, which includes south to Rogers, north to Kinsman, west to Portage County and east to Pennsylvania line, and Waste Management, open.
Wolford's Refuse & amp; Recycling (Mahoning and Trumbull counties), open and on regular schedule.
