INDICTMENTS Mahoning County

A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Jason Sigurani of South Pearl Street, Youngstown, on a charge of receiving stolen property, and Bernadette Brown of North Fruit Street, Youngstown, on a charge of carry a concealed weapon. The grand jury did indict the following people, according to a report issued Thursday:
David McKelly, 46, Almyra Avenue, Youngstown, cocaine possession.
Keith Davenport, 24, Park Heights Avenue, Youngstown, illegal weapons possession.
Allison Marie Parobek, 19, Mill Creek Boulevard, Youngstown, heroin possession.
Andrew M. Diamantes, 44, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, cocaine possession.
Kenneth Land, 44, Eastway Drive, Youngstown, receiving stolen property, carrying a concealed weapon.
John A. Skarada, 29, Selkirk Avenue, Austintown, improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle.
Charles J. Gallagher, 45, Taylor Road, Hubbard, theft.
James Eiland, 29, Willis Avenue, Youngstown, trafficking in cocaine.
Victor Nixon, 19, Tod Lane, Youngstown, carrying a concealed weapon.
Oreda Riddle, 44, Reel Avenue, Youngstown, cocaine possession.
Lucky Mitchell, also known as Joseph Collins, 21, East Warren Avenue or East Myrtle Avenue, Youngstown, breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.
Deon L. Provitt, 24, Southwest Boulevard Southwest, Warren, cocaine possession.
Ronald Burley, 22, West Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, cocaine possession.
Dujuane J. Wilcox, 33, Homstead Avenue, Youngstown, burglary.
Tina M. Menke, 24, Delaware Avenue Northwest, Warren, receiving stolen property.
Darrius Easterly, 20, Norwood Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle.
Samuel DePalma, 56, Holland Street, Youngstown, cocaine possession.
Ramon Echevestre, 32, Hillman Street, Youngstown, cocaine possession.
Ja-Von Houser, 18, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.
Dejuan Thomas, 23, Shehy Street, Youngstown, heroin possession, possession of drugs.
Thomas J. Thomas, 55, Pittsburgh Avenue, McDonald, cocaine possession.
Thomas Tate, 55, Selma Avenue, Youngstown, cocaine possession.
The grand jury also issued three secret indictments -- one for criminal simulation and two counts of trademark counterfeiting; one for possessing criminal tools, telecommunications fraud, two counts of trademark counterfeiting and illegal use of food stamps; and one for two counts of illegal use of food stamps, possessing criminal tools and telecommunications fraud. The names of those indicted secretly won't be released until they're arrested.
