XLOWELLVILLE -- Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church was the setting at 2 p.m. July 29 for the wedding of Katie L. Porter, 1928 Country Club Ave., Poland, and Jason Aaron Wilson, 3410 Wayside Drive, Youngstown.
The Rev. Gerald DeLucia officiated for the daughter of Flo Porter, of the Poland address, and the late Tom Porter, and the son of Glenn and Joyce Wilson, 176 W. Wood St.
After a reception at the church education center, the couple left for Boca Raton, Fla. They live at the groom's address.
The bride's strapless A-line organza gown was enhanced with beading and pink embroidery.
A silver gown was worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Sara Porter of Poland, and pink gowns were worn by the bridesmaids, Teresa Loll of Canton and Mary Vrabel of Poland, also her sisters. Flower girl was Paige Lanterman of Struthers, the groom's niece.
Tom Nock of Lowellville was best man, and groomsmen were Matt Carchedi and Justin Hephner, both of Lowellville. Ring bearer was the bride's nephew, Jeffrey Vrabel of Poland, and ushers were Matt Loll and Jeff Vrabel, her brothers-in-law, and Brad Doyle of Sandy Lake, Pa., the groom's brother-in-law.
The bride, a customer-service representative with Home Savings in Liberty, attended Youngstown State University.
The groom earned a degree in computer-aided drafting at ITT Technical Institute in Youngstown and is a designer-estimater with Cantar Polyair Corp. in Youngstown.
