XBOARDMAN -- Nastassia Fay, daughter of Ed and Debbie Fay, 7436 Elmland Drive, and Matthew Robinson of Kent, son of Victor and Sue Robinson, LaGrange, Ga., were married May 20 at St. James Meeting Place in Boardman Park.
The couple exchanged their vows during a 4 p.m. ceremony performed by the groom's cousin, the Rev. Samuel Robinson, and received guests at Antone's Banquet Centre before leaving for a honeymoon in St. Augustine, Fla.
The bride is a second lieutenant in the Army, stationed with the Quartermaster Corps 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg, N.C., after earning a bachelor's degree in May at Kent State University.
The groom expects to graduate from KSU in December with a bachelor's in business management and an Army commission as second lieutenant. He is a cadet in the Army ROTC at KSU and serves with the Ohio National Guard's 37th Armor Brigade 107th Cavalry.
The bride's attendants, attired in pink, were her cousin, Lauren Scott, as maid of honor; Sophie Dailey, Maggie Luth and Michele Dewent, bridesmaids; and Brooke Scott, the bride's cousin, as flower girl.
The groom's brother, Victor Robinson, served as best man; Michael Gallagher, D.J. Pesata and Anthony Cox were groomsmen; and Trent Peterson, the groom's cousin, was ring bearer.
Also participating in the ceremony was Alex Tatabe.
