XDarrell and Judy Kougher of Greenville, Pa., and Ed and Becki Chaffee of Canfield are announcing the engagement of their children, Kelli E. Kougher of West Middlesex, Pa., and Jeffrey M. Chaffee of Greenville.
Plans are being made for an early fall wedding in Hart Chapel at Clarion (Pa.) University, and a reception afterward at Traditions Banquet Center in Shippenville, Pa.
The couple earned their undergraduate degrees at Clarion and also obtained master's degrees in speech pathology, she at Clarion and he at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Kougher is employed by Easter Seals Center in Youngstown. Mr. Chaffee works for St. Paul's Home in Greenville.
