XYOUNGSTOWN -- Living in Alexandria, Va., after their marriage May 7 at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church are Fritz Mathew Lowe and his bride, the former Megan Adelaide Humeniuk.
The daughter of William and Beth Humeniuk of 4177 Canfield Road, Canfield, and the son of Richard and Melissa Lowe of Canfield, exchanged their vows during a 1 p.m. ceremony before the Rev. Joseph Tamburro, and a reception followed at the Maronite Center.
The couple are living in Alexandria, Va.
The bride was a teacher at St. Rose Sunny Days Child Care Center in Girard prior to her marriage.
The groom, who has served in the Marine Corps for two years, is stationed in Washington, D.C.
The bride's satin A-line gown featured metallic beaded embroidery and a split back adorned with three rosettes.
Her attendants, in pink and white, were her sister, Heather Humeniuk of Canfield, as maid of honor; Ellen Behling of Cincinnati, Katie Jones of Canfield and Anna Patoray of Boardman, bridesmaids; and her cousin, Katie Gennaro of Youngstown, as flower girl.
Lance Cpl. Michael Kennedy of Crooksville performed the duties of best man, David Olsavsky of Canfield, Jim Kaneski of Austintown and the bride's brother, Matthew Humeniuk of Canfield, were groomsmen, and Sgt. Ryan McTigue of Woodbridge, Va., was usher.
