CANTON, Mass. -- Norfolk County Probate and Family Court in Canton, Mass., has issued an arrest warrant for Bobby Brown, the surprisingly lovable has-been singer best known for playing Whitney Houston's hubby. B.B. didn't show up for a child-support hearing in reference to his two kids with ex-girlfriend Kim Ward. He's reportedly more than $60,000 behind in child-support payments and $43,000 behind in setting up a college fund for the kids. His lawyer reportedly told the judge that Brown was sick in the hospital. Brown could face 90 days in jail for this mess. His attorney had no comment.
McCartney plans to addkids' books to r & eacute;sum & eacute;
NEW YORK -- Move over, Madonna, Paul McCartney is getting into children's books. Penguin Young Readers Group will publish the former Beatles' "High in the Clouds: An Urban Furry Tail," it was announced Wednesday. McCartney teamed up with veteran children's book author Philip Ardagh and animator Geoff Dunbar. The picture book is to be released this October with a first print of 500,000 copies. "Having worked on this story and the characters for many years, it's very exciting for me to see things come to fruition in what I think will be a remarkable book," McCartney said in a statement. The story was inspired by the animated film "Tropic Island Hum," which Dunbar and McCartney collaborated on. It follows the story of two friends, a squirrel and a frog, who save a number of animals.

LOS ANGELES -- "Seinfeld's" neurotically adorable Elaine is coming back to TV. Variety says Julia Louis-Dreyfus has landed her own sitcom for CBS. "Old Christine," which starts shooting this summer, is about a career woman who juggles the job and her kids -- and has to deal with ex-hubby's new flame. A mom of two in real life, Louis-Dreyfus says the show has a strong mother role that's "close to life."

NEW YORK -- George Stephanopoulos, host of ABC's "This Week" and once an adviser to former President Clinton, and his wife, actress Alexandra Wentworth, became parents for the second time at 2:42 a.m. Thursday with the birth of Harper Andrea. At 6 pounds, 9 ounces and 19 inches, she's the exact same size her big sister, Elliot, was at her birth in September 2002.

LOS ANGELES --Charlie Sheen was beside wife, Denise Richards, on Wednesday night for the birth of the estranged couple's second daughter. Lola, who weighed in at 6 pounds, 10 ounces, joins 15-month-old Sam. Both actors' reps have denied reports by Inside TV mag that they have reconciled.
Stallone to revive 'Rambo'
NEW YORK -- Entertainment Weekly says Sylvester Stallone, who's working on a biopic about Edgar Allan Poe, also plans to revive his second-most famous hero to make "Rambo IV." Sly is pysched: "I've signed the deal and I have the old headband, machine gun and bow and arrow ready to go."
An eye opener for Daniels
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Charlie Daniels, 68, fresh off a tour playing for troops in Iraq, says he'll never forget his time there. "It was an eye-opening, life-changing experience," the country music star said. "I'm a big supporter of the military. I can't carry a rifle, but I can carry a guitar and a fiddle."
Shields responds to Cruise
LOS ANGELES -- Brooke Shields is sending a cruise missile Tom Cruise's way: The actress, who explores her postpartum depression in a new memoir, says Cruise has no right to dis her for using anti-depressants. Last week the "War of the Worlds" star expressed his scientology-based condemnation of psychiatry to "Access Hollywood" by saying it was "irresponsible" of Brooke to say her meds helped cure her. In a tangy and twisted bit of false praise, T.C. added: "I care about Brooke Shields ... [but] you look at where has her career gone?" Speaking to People mag, Brooke was polite: "Tom should stick to saving the world from aliens, and let women who are experiencing postpartum depression decide what treatment options are best for them."
