XThe parents of Mary April Panella and Joseph Matthew Richley, both of 5507 Reebok Drive, Hilliard, are announcing the couple's engagement and coming marriage.
The bride-elect is a daughter of George and Paulette DiLullo, 235 Clingan Road, Struthers, and John Panella, 5200 West Blvd., Boardman.
The prospective groom is a son of John and Judith Richley, 45 Sandstone Lane, Canfield.
A 2 p.m. open ceremony will be held Sept. 17 at the First Covenant Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
Miss Panella is a graduate of the Ford Beauty Academy in Youngstown with a degree in managing cosmetology and instruction and is employed in management at the Aveda Experience Center in Dublin as lead adviser and product educator.
Mr. Richley earned a bachelor's degree in marketing-transportation and logistics at Ohio State University in Columbus. He is lead appliance adviser in retail management at Sears Holdings, Columbus.
