XLAS VEGAS -- The Bellagio Chapel was the setting at 6 p.m. June 20 for the wedding of Jillian Shane and James Allen Treharn, who were honored afterward during a reception that took place in the Penthouse Suite at the Mirage Hotel and Casino.
The Rev. David A. St. John presided at the ceremony for the daughter of Lewis and Debbie Shane, 750 E. Pine Lake Road, North Lima, and the son of Bob and Leona Treharn, 2960 Collingwood Place, Austintown.
The couple are living at 950 E. Pine Lake Road.
A strapless white gown was worn by the bride, and her attendants wore light-pink gowns.
Amy Carr of Youngstown and Courtney Moore of Boardman served as honor attendants for their sister. The bride's cousin, Danielle Augustine of Virginia Beach, Va., was her bridesmaid.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's brother, Robert Treharn of Massillon.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice at Youngstown State University, where she will complete her master's degree in August. She is an academic instructor with CCA in Youngstown.
The groom is the self-employed owner-welder with Austintown Precision Welding Inc.
