Area aces
Tony Pulice of Hubbard made an albatross, using a 7-wood on his second shot on the 510-yard No. 6 hole at Donnybrook Golf Course in Hubbard. Witnesses were Mike Mogg and Tim Donahue.
Gary Litch of Liberty aced the 160-yard No. 4 hole at Avalon Lakes Golf Course in Warren. He used a 5-iron. Witnesses were Buzz Berkowitz, David Luntz and Jittander Kalia.
