On the slippery slopes near the Lily Pond at Mill Creek MetroParks, Brandon Craig, 3, of New Springfield, found out what it was like to do a virtual loop-de-loop on his saucer sled and somehow end up back upright. Craig and a passel of other children were sledding in the deep snow left by the weekend winter storm. The Lily Pond slope is one of a number of popular places for sledders and snowboarders in the park.
