NOTEBOOK Cavs vs. Knicks

Season high: The Cavs' 67 first-half points were six more than their previous high for a half this season, Dec. 28 at Atlanta.

Backups: Cleveland reserves outscored Knicks bench players, 42-24.

Ex-Cavs: Larry Nance, Ron Harper, Terrell Brandon, Wayne (Tree) Rollins, Winston Bennett and Knicks coach Lenny Wilkens, who both played and coached in Cleveland, were honored before the game -- one of six contests commemorating Cleveland's 35th NBA season.

Giving: The Knicks' Norris, Stephon Marbury, Allan Houston, Vin Baker and Nazr Mohammed all donated $1,000 to UNICEF's tsunami relief fund for each point they scored -- a total of $32,000.

Roster moves: The Cavs activated C-F Scott Williams and put C DeSagana Diop on the injured list with a bruised left elbow.

Out of action: Knicks F Michael Sweetney (sprained right ankle) missed his second game in a row. Cavs rookie G Luke Jackson (back spasms) could miss the rest of the season.
