TESTING THE WATERS
For those who are just getting familiar with holistic healing, but not quite ready to dive into yoga, meditation, Reiki, or other more intense modalities, guided imagery might be the perfect choice for you to experience mind/body healing in a gentle and simple way. All it takes is the ability to sit in a chair, close your eyes, and listen to someone speaking.
Ewing offers monthly sessions at Austinwoods Nursing Center, 4780 Kirk Road, Austintown. The cost is $5 per person. CDs are available for $10. Everyone is invited to attend.
Each month will focus on a different topic. The next topic will be "unconditional love."
The sessions last about an hour, and the guided imagery segment lasts about 20 minutes.
