Planning meetings setfor annual Italian Fest
CANFIELD -- Members of the Greater Youngstown Italian Fest met recently and announced this year's festival will be July 29-31 at the Canfield Fairgrounds. This year's fest chairman is Michael Pinciaro. The officers of the Italian Heritage Foundation, which oversees the fest, are: Nick Modarelli, president; Gerry Ricciutti, vice president; Tucker DiBernardi, treasurer; and Linda Ilich, secretary. Fest meetings will be held the first Wednesday of the month at the ITAM Club on Meridian Road in Youngstown.
Bar association nowhandling notary duties
WARREN -- The Trumbull County Bar Association is now handling county Notary Commission duties. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. New notary testing will begin Feb. 9 from 9 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. The association's office is in the lower level of the Law Library Building, 120 High St. N.W. DA's office open late
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- The Lawrence County District Attorney's Office will hold evening hours from 6 to 9 p.m. the first Monday of the month. Any crime victims with a case pending before the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas may make an appointment to discuss their case. Trustees change February meeting
NEW SPRINGFIELD -- Springfield Township trustees have changed their monthly meeting from Wednesday to Feb. 16. The meeting is at 7 p.m. in the Administration Building, 3475 E. South Range Road.
