ASSOCIATIONS

XFat Tuesday will be celebrated with a Mardi Gras when Mill Creek Chapter of ABWA holds its monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Soffo's on South Avenue, Boardman. Megan Pryor will give a talk about her tour of duty in Baghdad. Dinner will include chicken with vegetables, jambalaya and king cake; cost is $17. XYo-Mah-O Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Soffo's Restaurant on South Avenue, Boardman. AUXILIARIES

XAuxiliary to ITAM Post 3 will meet at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday in the clubroom. Josephine Croutch will preside for a business meeting.

XGirard Knights of Columbus Ladies will have a valentine party for members, spouses and guests at 6 p.m. Feb. 12 at the K. of C. Hall, 122 S. State St. Deadline for reservations is Saturday. Call Petrina Vasko at (330) 545-8518.

XCampbell Memorial High School June and January Classes of 1945 will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Ground Round on South Avenue, Boardman. Plans will be made for the 60th class reunion. XMcDonald Literary Guild will meet at 8 p.m. Thursday at Woodland United Methodist Church.

LEAGUES

XBoardman-Poland Junior Women's League will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, at Shelton-Mathews at 4150 Market St. for Bring a Friend Night. The league is accepting new members for the 2005-2006 club year. RELIGIOUS GROUPS

XImmaculate Heart of Mary Altar and Rosary will have a regular monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Monsignor Prokop Parish Center on Norquest Boulevard. The program will be "Pins of Love" by Lynn Yovanovich. Members are asked to take undershirts, underwear and socks for the Veteran's Hospital in Brecksville. Hostesses will be Elsie Moretti and Mary Gesey.

XMount Carmel Society of St. Rose Church will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the lower church.

XSt. Michael Altar Guild will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the parish center for a social meeting and game night. The rosary will precede the meeting at 7 in the church. Hostesses will be Diane Vaccaro, Peggy Smith and Peggy Binashesky.

XSt. Rose Quilting Group meets every Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the parish house.

XSt. Vincent DePaul Society of St. Rose Church will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

SERVICE CLUBS

XGirard-Liberty Kiwanis will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Scenna's Family Restaurant, 1901 N. State St.

XGirard-Liberty Rotary will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the MetroPlex Centre, Liberty.

XMcDonald Lions Club will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday on the second floor of the Retirement Center, 550 Ohio Ave.

SINGLES

XD.A.R.E., a social group of divorced, widowed or separated people, will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Boardman Christian Church, 565 Boardman-Canfield Road. Other activities schedule for next week include: Monday and Tuesday, dance lessons with Judy Conti at 7 p.m. at Wedgewood Plaza ($5); Wednesday, walk at Southern Park Mall at 6:30 p.m., meet at the food court; Thursday, a speaker at 7:30 p.m. at the church; Feb. 11, a movie at Movies 8 in Boardman, meet in the lobby at 6:30 p.m.; and Feb. 13, dance at 7 p.m. at Choices in Liberty, cost is $3 for members and $4 for nonmembers.

XGamma Epsilon Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International will have a sweetheart dinner and $5 gift exchange at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Johnny's Restaurant on Midlothian Boulevard. The executive board will meet at 5.

XMercer County Historical Society will meet for its monthly Civil War roundtable on Tuesday at 119 S. Pitt St., Mercer Pa. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the program will start at 7.

XTrumbull County Herb Society will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the Champion Christian Church. A program on herbs in weight loss is planned. Please note change of meeting date.

SUPPORT GROUPS

XDepression Bipolar Support Alliance, a support group for people dealing with depression and bipolar as well as their family and friends, meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Mill Creek Room, on the second floor at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
