Homework help show auditioning for cast members

YOUNGSTOWN -- Auditions for teachers to act as co-hosts for a new local, live television show, produced by Youngstown State University, called Homework Express, will be at 2:30 p.m. Mondayand Thursday..
The auditions will be in the second-floor Bliss Hall Television Studio, where the show will be filmed. Hosts will be paid.
Licensed math teachers, or science teachers with a strong math background, will be considered for the twice-weekly program. Teachers will take calls on-air from sixth- to eighth-grade pupils and help with their homework difficulties, while encouraging and guiding.
Local city schools, YSU and private donors provide funding for Homework Express. The show's crew is composed of pupils in YSU's Telecommunications Department.
The show will begin broadcasting on a public access channel on Armstrong, Adelphia and Time Warner cable systems.
