WARREN -- Trumbull County commissioners will consider today whether to begin the process to hire a chief building official for the county building inspection department.
The position has been vacant since the retirement of Peter Marchese on Dec. 31, 2004. The proposal to advertise for qualified applicants will be on the commissioners' agenda when they meet today at the Howland Township Administration Building.
