He previously worked 12 years for Graef Storm Window Corp. of Boardman. He did not list having any prior lead hazard control experience. He has his associate's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and is working on his bachelor's degree in business administration from YSU.
Omar Jihad-Baaree of Youngstown: formerly employed in the Mahoning County Wastewater Division as a maintenance worker. He attended Ohio University for two years studying architecture and also spent six months at the American Academy of Art in Chicago studying graphic arts. He did not list having any prior lead hazard control experience.
Carolyn Alli of Youngstown: works in sales and as a cashier and retail stock manager for Kaufmann's at the Southern Park Mall, Boardman, since February. Before that, she worked 11 years for V & amp;M Steel, formerly North Star Steel Ohio, Youngstown, and nearly eight years for Ohio Laborers Union Local 125, where, among other things, she did welding and asbestos removal. A 1978 East High School graduate, she attended Ohio Laborers Training School in Howard, Ohio, where she received training in blueprint reading, lead abatement and air monitoring.
