XYOUNGSTOWN -- Exchanging vows June 25 in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church were Patricia Fire, 12 Mariano Parkway, Derby, N.Y., daughter of Karen Fire, 156 Iroquois St., Struthers, and the late Harry Fire, and Paul Murray, son of Timothy and Deborah Murray, 5124 Shero Road, Hamburg, N.Y.
The 2 p.m. ceremony was solemnized by Monsignor Michael J. Cariglio. A reception was held at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman before the couple left for a honeymoon in Hawaii.
The bride is a special-education teacher in Dunkirk, N.Y., after earning a bachelor's degree in education at Youngstown State University and a master's in science at Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y. The groom is a project manager for Stohl Environmental in Buffalo after earning an associate degree at Erie Community College in Hamburg and an associate degree in computer-assisted design at ITT Technical Institutein Buffalo.
The bride was attended by Carla Alfano, maid of honor; Lynda Fire, the bride's sister, Stacy Guerriero, Nicole Hackstedde, Kristen Patellis, Amy Cicchillo, Sue Nail and Melissa Murray, the groom's sister, bridesmaids; Katie and Jessica Nail, the bride's nieces, junior bridesmaids; and Abigail LaRussa, the groom's cousin, flower girl.
Scott Murray, the groom's brother, was best man, and Rich Schaub, Doug Rowland, Todd Warner, Jamey Mann, Dave and Joe LaRussa, the groom's cousins, and Shawn Heller were groomsmen. Zachary LaRussa, another cousin, was ring bearer.
