NEW PHILADELPHIA -- The Ohio Department of Transportation District 11 recently launched a new Web survey to gain more customer feedback on its performance.
Deputy Director James Spain said, "We provide a lot of service to a lot of people on a daily basis, so it's very important for us to know how we are doing."
The new survey will provide District 11 decision-makers with a better understanding of what its customers think about the products and services being delivered in its seven-county region that includes Columbiana County.
Internet users can visit the survey at http://www.odotonline.org/surveys/districts/d11/districtfeedback/ and rate the core services ODOT District 11 provides, such as:

UMaintaining roadway and roadside safety items.
UClearly marking construction zones and detours.
UMaintaining good roadside appearances.
The site also offers links to information such as weather radar, other state agencies, current press releases and important contact information.
