How weather has interrupted play on the PGA Tour this year:

The tournament was cut short to 36 holes when the course was deemed unplayable Monday.Match Play Championship: The first round was washed out Wednesday. It was played Thursday, the second and third rounds were played Friday, and the tournament was back on schedule.Bay Hill Invitational: The first round was stopped after 2 1/2 hours. Saturday was delayed 15 minutes by Frost. Kenny Perry, the winner, played 24 holes Sunday. The Players Championship: The second round Friday and more than half the field did not finish the second round by Saturday. More rain delays Sunday led to a marathon Monday to finish 72 holes.Bellsouth Classic: Thursday and Friday were washed out by rain, so the first round didn't start until Saturday. The 36-hole cut eventually was made Monday, and the tournament shortened to 54 holes.Masters: The first round was delayed 5 1/2 hours by rain Thursday. The first round was completed about 12:30 p.m. Friday, and the second round was just under way play was again suspended.
