TODAY

XFraternal Order of Eagles 3298, 1655 Raccoon Road, Austintown, will serve dinners from 4 to 8 p.m. All-you-can-eat fish dinners are $6.95; four-piece honey-dipped chicken, $8; all-you-can-eat spaghetti with two meatballs or rigatoni, $5; homemade stuffed cabbage, $5.95; and pork chop, $7.95. Meals will include salad, a side dish of potato or pasta, and bread. Sandwiches for $2.50 and a children's menu will be available. For carryouts call (330) 550-6268.

THURSDAY

XCroatian Home of St. George Lodge 66 will hold a pasta dinner from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the clubrooms at 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown. Dinners will feature your choice of red or white spaghetti, ravioli or cavatelli, salad, bread and butter, and coffee. Proceeds benefit the club's building fund.

FRIDAY

XAmerican Legion Post 560, 103 Twelfth St., Campbell, will sponsor a fish and shrimp fry from noon to 6 p.m. at the post home. The menu will feature fresh ocean perch or shrimp, macaroni and cheese or french fries, coleslaw, bread and coffee. Dining-room or takeout service will be available. Meals are $6 for adults and $4 for children.

XA fish dinner will be served from noon to 5 p.m. at Archangel Michael Community Center, 401 12th St., Campbell. Meals will include fried fish or fish in sauce, french fries, coleslaw and bread.

XHoly Trinity Church, 250 Bridge St., Struthers, will be selling potato, cabbage and lekvar pirogi. Orders will be taken from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. to noon Friday at (330) 755-0064. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Orders may be picked up from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday. Patrons are asked to provide containers.

XHoly Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will serve fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod, Spanish rice or haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries, coleslaw, string beans, applesauce, bread, and coffee or tea. The cost is $7 for adults and $3.50 for children. Dessert will be an additional $1.50. Containers will be provided for takeouts. Orders will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at (330) 792-1005.

XHoly Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, will be selling pirogi and hot pirogi lunches. Orders will be taken from 8 to 11 a.m. Thursday and Friday at (330) 746-9528. Orders should be placed early and are to be picked up by 2 p.m. Friday. Cost is $4 per dozen.

XHubbard VFW 3767 Auxiliary, 710 W. Liberty St., will hold a fish fry from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Cost is $6.75 for large dinners, baked or fried, and $5 for small dinners. The menu also will feature a choice of french fries, haluski or macaroni and cheese. Carryouts will be available. For information call (330) 534-9775.

XNational Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, 2759 Lipkey Road, North Jackson, will serve fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Cost is $9 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under. The menu will feature baked or fried fish, a cook's choice fish or 21-piece shrimp, and a choice of hot foods and salad. Dessert also is included along with coffee, tea or punch. XSt. Anthony Church, 1125 Turin Ave., Youngstown, will be selling pizza and other Italian treats. Orders may be placed by calling (330) 746-9577 from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. and must be picked up by 1 p.m.

XPotato, prune and kraut pirogi will be sold at St. Joseph the Provider Church, 633 Porter Ave., Campbell. Phone orders may be made beginning at 8 a.m. at (330) 755-1316. Orders can be picked up beginning at noon. Patrons are asked to provide their own containers.

XSt. Luke Church, 5235 South Ave., Boardman, will be baking Italian-style red and white pizza. Phone orders will be accepted at (330) 788-0025 between 8:30 a.m. and noon only. Pickup will be until 1 p.m.

XSt. Paul the Apostle Church, Main Street, New Middletown, will sell potato, sweet cabbage and cottage cheese pirogi. Orders can be called to (330) 542-3525 from 7 to 11 a.m. Thursday and Friday. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Pickup will be from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday.

SATURDAY

XAustintown Community Church, 242 S. Canfield-Niles Road, will serve roast beef dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. Beverage and dessert are included for a cost of $8 for adults and $3.25 for children 6 to 10. Carryouts will be available.

XBethel Lutheran Church, 425 Crestview Drive, Boardman, will have a Swiss steak dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children. Carryouts will be available. Call the church office at (330) 758-5745 for tickets.

XCoitsville Presbyterian Church, 91 Coitsville-Hubbard Road, Youngstown, will have an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner and bake sale from noon to 6 p.m. Two meatballs, salad, bread and butter, dessert and coffee are included in the price of $6 for adults and $3 for children 4 to 11. Takeouts will be available.

XFirst Baptist Church, corner of Eastland Avenue and Surrey Road S.E., Warren, will have its monthly creamed turkey and biscuit dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. The menu will include mashed potatoes, vegetable, coleslaw, applesauce, dessert and beverage. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 4 to 10 and free to children 3 and younger. Carryouts are available by calling the church at (330) 369-5432.

XFowler United Methodist Church will have a chicken pie dinner from 3:30 to 6 p.m. The meal includes potato, green beans, applesauce, coleslaw, bread, dessert and beverage. XThe Men's Group of Grace Lutheran Church, 111 Hall Ave., Hubbard, will have its 37th annual pork and sauerkraut supper from 4 to 6:30 p.m., or until the food runs out. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 5 to 12 and free for those 4 and under. Carryouts will be available.

XJunior Girl Scout Troop 478 will have a Girl Scout cookie sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Wal-Mart in Austintown.

XNewton Falls United Methodist Church, 336 Ridge Road, will have its annual spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 6 to 12 and free for those 5 and younger when accompanied by an adult.

XTrumbull Community Action program will host its 15th annual pancake and sausage breakfast from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.at the Warren West Community Center, 1230 Palmyra Road S.W., Warren. Tickets are $4 per person, and the menu will include pancakes, sausage and a beverage, with scrambled eggs available for a small fee. For more information call (330) 393-2507.

SUNDAY

XCroatian Home Auxiliary will serve homemade chicken paprikash dinners by reservation only from noon to 4 p.m. at the club hall, 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown. XKnights of Pythias Lodge 343, state Route 18 at state Route 45, North Jackson, will have a spaghetti dinner from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $6 for adult and $3 for children 12 and younger. Takeouts will be available.

XNew Lisbon Lodge 65, F & amp;AM, 129 Lincoln Way, Lisbon, will have a spaghetti dinner from noon to 3 p.m. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children, and carryouts will be available.

XOur Lady of Mount Carmel Church on Via Mount Carmel, Youngstown, will sponsor a spaghetti dinner from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the church hall. Cost is $5.50 for adults and $3 for children. Carryouts will be available; containers are 75 cents, or you can provide your own.

XPoland Masonic Temple, 7685 Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, will have a spaghetti dinner from 1 to 4 p.m. Cost is $7 for adults, $4 for children 6 to 12 and free for those under 6. Dessert and beverage are included.

XSt. Bernadette Church, 7800 Locust St., Masury, will have a spaghetti dinner and Chinese auction from noon to 4 p.m. in the church hall, sponsored by the CCD children of the church. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children 3 to 12. The event will include one 50/50 cash drawing.

XStruthers United Methodist Church, 33 Sexton St., will have a beef tips and noodle dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost is $7 for adults and $3.25 for children. Carryouts will be available. Tickets can be purchased at the door.

XTrumbull Dance Studio Competition Team will have a spaghetti dinner from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Masonic Building, 12 W. Broad St., Newton Falls. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 4 to 10 and free for those 3 and younger. Carryouts will be available. The event also will include a 50-50 drawing and basket raffle. Drawings will be at 2:45 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by the competition students.

MONDAY

XVienna Township Neighborhood Watch is sponsoring the Spring Police Department vs. Fire Department Chili Cook-off at 5:30 p.m. at the Vienna Fire Station. Donations will be accepted for a wide variety of homemade chili, hot dogs and beverages. Neighborhood Watch will sell homemade pie for $1 a slice.

TUESDAY

XHubbard VFW 3767 Auxiliary, 710 W. Liberty St., will serve homemade soup, chili, sandwiches and side dishes from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. For information call (330) 534-9775.

TAKING ORDERS

XBoar's Head Ladies of St. John's Episcopal Church, 323 Wick Ave., Youngstown, will sponsor a chicken dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 13 at the church. The menu will include salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, bread and butter, pie and beverage. Cost is $6, and containers will be provided for takeout orders. No reservations are necessary. XLiberty School District's Building-a-Future Committee is sponsoring a spaghetti dinner from 5 to 7 :30 p.m. April 18 at Liberty High School. Students of all grade levels will perform continuously throughout the evening. Tickets are $6 and can be purchased from committee members, students or at the door.
