Police arrest Hermitage man accused of threats

SHARON, Pa. -- Police said Michael Penzerro, 28, of Maple Drive, Hermitage, was arrested carrying a loaded shotgun in his vehicle in the 500 block of Ohio Street after reportedly making threats against a sister-in-law.
Police said Penzerro was apparently angered when the sister-in-law, who lives in the 500 block of Ohio Street, secured a protection-from-abuse order against Penzerro's wife.
He is accused of making telephone threats to shoot someone, and, when police went to the sister-in-law's home on Ohio Street around 7 p.m. Monday, Penzerro came driving up the street.
Police stopped him and said they found a loaded 12-gauge shotgun in his vehicle.
He was charged with making terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person and held for arraignment.
His uncle, Joseph Rabovsky, 42, of Euclid Avenue, was with him at the time and was charged with disorderly conduct, police said.
