Outlook: Kennedy Catholic returns 14 lettermen, including eight full-time starters, but with just one senior, it will rely heavily on younger players. The Golden Eagles have good size and some talented players at the skill positions, including 1400-yard rusher Ross Garland, but depth is a concern. Ideally, the Eagles will have a winning season and make the playoffs.

Outlook: West Middlesex has developed a strong tradition over the past four years, but graduation took its toll. Big Red lost all five starters on the offensive line and will need the younger players to develop quickly. They do have good speed and athleticism at the skill positions and have five starters back on both sides of the ball.
