Effect of anti-cellulite clothing debunked

KNIGHT RIDDER NEWSPAPERS
It seems like a dream, but the reality is less than ideal. If you choose your clothing carefully, can you zap away cellulite? Uh, not exactly.
Pantyhose infused with microcapsules of so-called anti-cellulite ingredients are readily available from Donna Karan, Hanes and L'Eggs, Time magazine reports. But the directions insist you wear them five days a week for at least five weeks, and they promise only to reduce the appearance. Time testers found no change.
Miss Sixty offers anti-cellulite clothing such as jeans and skirts, and the manufacturer claims 40 percent of the effectiveness will last through 40 washes.
But while the jeans and pants do look slimming, they are not guaranteed. And Time suggests you should hand-wash them. In the time that takes, you could exercise, which is probably still the best solution.
