On sale at noon Saturday: A number of rock bands have planned club shows in the Pittsburgh area, and Ticketmaster will begin selling tickets to all of them. They are: HomeGrown with Spitalfield, Denver Harbor and Halifax, 7:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at Mr. Smalls Theater, 400 Lincoln Ave.; Breaking Benjamin with 3 lb. Universe and Osaris, 6:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at Nick's Fat City, 1601 Carson St.; Nonpoint, Skindred, Dry Kill Logic and Gutterfly, 7:30 p.m. Sept. 28 at Mr. Smalls Theater; Insane Clown Posse, Anybody Killa, Mack 10 and Mushroomhead, 7:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at The Rock Club, 2 Station Square; singer Jonny Lang with Ingram Hill, 7:30 p.m. Oct. 4 at The Rock Club; Flogging Molly, Street Dogs and The Brigs, 7:30 p.m. Oct. 6 at The Rock Club; and Ministry with My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult and Hanzel und Gretyl, 7:30 p.m. Oct. 15 at Mr. Smalls Theater. Wet and wild: Comedian Gallagher, who wields a mean Sledge-o-Matic at whole watermelons and other messy foods, also has wry social and political observations to make on his "Gallagher: Wet and Wild Tour" that will take him to Akron Civic Theater on Sept. 26. Tickets were to go on sale today at the theater box office (330-972-7570) or through Ticketmaster.
Coming to Girard: The Dome Concert Club, 1300 N. State St., Girard, has scheduled shows by rock band Magni Fi from the Ozzfest tour at 8 p.m. Sept. 24 (tickets $6 in advance, $7 at the door) and singer Jordan Knight, formerly of New Kids on the Block, at 9 p.m. Oct. 16 (tickets are $15 now, $17 at the door).
