XPLAYA DEL CARMEN, Mexico -- Lisa Khoury became the bride of Mark Leszynski during a 5 p.m. ceremony July 17 at The Chapel at Puerto Aventuras.
Parents of the couple are Tony and Terry Khoury, 4847 Logan Way, Hubbard, and Linda and Jerry Leszynski, 173 Fredricksberg, Avon Lake.
Officiant was the Rev. John Coady, and a reception took place at the Palladium Grand Resort and Spa.
The couple honeymooned at Riviera Maya, Mexico, and are living at 7442 Pine River Court, Middleburg Heights.
An ivory satin gown detailed with pearls and embroidery was worn by the bride. It was designed with a semicathedral train.
Collette Fine, the bride's sister, was matron of honor, and bridesmaid was Jarma Khoury, the bride's sister-in-law. They wore eggplant-colored gowns. Flower girls were the bride's nieces, Bryn and Gabrielle Khoury and Julia Fine.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's brother, Jeffery Leszynski, and groomsman was another brother of the groom, Timothy Leszynski.
A graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in education, the bride holds a master's degree in public administration and law degree from the University of Akron. She is an attorney with Pepple & amp; Waggoner Ltd. in Cleveland.
The groom earned a bachelor's degree in architecture at KSU and is a registered architect with Geis Companies in Streetsboro.
