WARREN -- Sky Bank has appointed Shelia Lampley as community mortgage lender in its Mahoning Valley Region, to be based at Sky's downtown Warren office.
Lampley has an associate degree in business from Commonwealth College of Business in Hampton, Va. She has been a mortgage loan processor at Sky Bank for five years.
Sky Bank also announced the promotion of John Messenger to financial center manager at the Columbiana office. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and recently completed Sky's manager trainee program. He is also a Marine Corps veteran.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Gregory H. Burfitt, a Youngstown State University graduate, has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer of Inova Health System, a not-for-profit health-care system based in Falls Church, Va.
Burfitt has more than 30 years of health-care managerial experience, most recently as senior vice president for operations at Tenet Healthcare Corp. Southern States Region overseeing 20 acute-care hospitals in six states. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from YSU and a master's degree in business from the University of Florida.
SALEM -- Alicia Dickerhoof has been named store manager of the Tractor Supply Co. store in Salem. She joined the company as an assistant manager in 2003 and has an associate degree from the Agricultural Technical Institute of Ohio State University in Wooster. Tractor Supply is based in Nashville and operates more than 450 stores in 31 states.
BOARDMAN -- Allan McGivern is the new manager of the Boardman Wal-Mart store. McGivern began his career at Wal-Mart in 1998 and has held several management positions, most recently serving as co-manager of the Cranberry, Pa., store. He also managed another retail department store for 17 years.
BOARDMAN -- Coldwell Banker First Place Real Estate has added two new sales associates to its staff in Boardman.
Cindy Best, a Poland resident, joined the company in May after completing her real estate training at Youngstown State University. She came to the company from Humility of Mary Health Partners.
Pattie Barnes, who lives in New Middletown, joined the company last month, also completing her real estate training at YSU. Previously she also worked as an office manager and owned Penelope's, a clothing consignment shop in North Lima.
