Lions Club donation

Lions Club donation
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Youngstown Lions Club has donated $6,800 to Goodwill to replace a janitorial van. The van was recently stolen and later found, but heavily damaged. Loss of the van and the equipment inside made running the Goodwill janitorial service difficult. The crew of five cleans 15 buildings a night and scrambled to maintain their operation. The janitorial service has contracts that generate $84,000 a year for Goodwill. The Lions Club has donated more than $20,000 to Goodwill over the years for the Radio Reading Service and its visually impaired listeners.
