Published: Sat, March 29, 2003 @ 12:00 a.m.

You won't skip a workout, even if you're tired, sick or injured.

You don't enjoy the exercise sessions but feel obligated to do them.

You are constantly preoccupied with weight and exercise.

You feel anxious or guilty when you miss even one workout.

If you do miss one, you exercise twice as long the next time.

You don't like to sit still or relax because you worry that you aren't burning enough calories.

You have lost a significant amount of weight.

You exercise more when you eat more.

You skip seeing friends, give up activities you love, and forsake your responsibilities to make more time for exercise.

You base how you feel about yourself on how much you work out or how hard you train.

You are never satisfied with your physical achievements.
