Theft: An employee at S & amp;V Investments, 812 N. State St., alleged a company broke its lease and illegally removed various property.
Criminal damaging: An employee at Patrone Bros. Landscaping, 1752 N. State St., reported someone entered a fenced-in area and damaged a vending machine.
Theft: A man in the 600 block of North St. Clair Street reported his vehicle broken into and 75 compact discs and a CD receiver stolen.
June 25
Criminal mischief: A woman in the 30 block of West Second Street reported a man entered and ransacked her van.
Theft: A Crumlin Avenue boy reported his cellular phone stolen while he visited friends at a residence in the 200 block of East Howard Street.
Theft: A woman reported a man tricked her into buying two chairs worth a total of $851.
June 17
Criminal damaging: Someone drove a vehicle through a front lawn in the 1800 block of Pleasant Valley Road, causing $200 in damage.
Assault: A woman in the 3000 block of Green Acres Drive alleged a 17-year-old girl attacked her daughter. The victim reported being punched after she went to a nearby apartment, and she had several bruises.
Theft: A woman reported her wallet stolen after she left it at the Trumbull County Library on Church Hill-Hubbard Road.
Theft: An employee at Miller's Towing, 4100 Belmont Ave., reported an undetermined number of aluminum rims stolen from an impound yard at the business.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle's rear passenger-side window was broken in the 300 block of Liberty Street.
June 18
Assault: A woman in the 30 block of Trumbull Court alleged her former boyfriend hit her several times in the head after he entered her residence. The victim had numerous scratches on her left wrist.
June 19
Theft: An employee at Movie Zone, 1488 W. Liberty St., reported a woman rented three movies and a video game and failed to return the items.
Bad checks: An employee at Giant Eagle, 4700 Belmont Ave., reported someone cashed two U.S. government checks issued to a deceased person.
Theft: Police arrested a 24-year-old Youngstown woman on a theft charge after four pairs of earrings and two pairs of sunglasses were stolen from Creations Unlimited, 3551 Belmont Ave.
June 20
Theft: A man reported someone removed two pieces of luggage from a storage locker in the 4100 block of Monticello Drive.
Arrest: After a traffic stop near Colonial and Green Acres drives, a 49-year-old Girard man was cited on charges of receiving stolen property and driving under the influence of alcohol. Police determined the car's registration plate was stolen.
Breaking and entering: Someone broke into CR Berry's, 3551 Belmont Ave., through a side window and removed a smoker device, a smoker oven, a milkshake machine and a freezer.
Arrests: After a traffic stop, police arrested a North Bloomfield man, 23, and a Warren woman, 29. The man was wanted on a warrant charging him with probation violation; the woman was wanted on a warrant from Ashtabula charging her with failure to appear in court to face a drug abuse charge.
Arrest: Police arrested a 34-year-old Hubbard man at the Mahoning County jail on a charge of obstructing official business.
June 21
Arrest: After conducting a traffic stop on state Route 193, police arrested a Girard man, 37, on charges of possession of crack cocaine, driving under the influence of alcohol and several traffic violations. Officers say they found in the vehicle's front seat suspected crack cocaine in a plastic wrapper.
Criminal damaging: A woman reported her vehicle's windows broken and the glove compartment removed while the car was in the Big Lots parking lot, 3491 Belmont Ave.
June 22
Theft/criminal damaging: A Girard woman reported someone damaged her vehicle's lock before removing an AM/FM CD player, a box with 13-inch speakers and a purse, while the car was in the 1700 block of Naylor-Lloyd Road. Also, a man discovered the same damage to his vehicle, and two gold rings, a gold chain and a radio/CD player taken.
Theft: Someone stole a bicycle parked next to a shed at a residence in the 10 block of Tuttle Drive.
Arrest: After investigating a disturbance in the 3000 block of Northgate Avenue, police arrested a 37-year-old Youngstown man on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
June 20
Theft: A man in the 200 block of Oakdale Avenue reported golf clubs stolen from his porch.
Domestic violence: Police arrested a Hubbard woman on a domestic-violence charge after a woman in the 800 block of Woodland Avenue reported being assaulted as she came outside her residence.
June 24
Theft: A man in the 100 block of Youngstown-Hubbard Road reported his vehicle was broken into.
Domestic violence: Police charged an 18-year-old Parkview Avenue man with domestic violence after a Hubbard man reported a situation at the residence.
June 25
Counterfeit: An employee at Tsilomos Insurance Agency, 229 W. Liberty St., reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill.
Theft: A woman in the 200 block of Hager Street reported her son's bicycle stolen from the Hubbard Community Pool, 250 Hall Ave.
June 26
Burglary: A woman in the 500 block of East Park Avenue alleged her former daughter-in-law attempted to break into her residence.
