Bush honors Buckeyes

Published: Tue, February 25, 2003 @ 12:00 a.m.

President Bush asked Ohio State's football players to remember their responsibilities as role models. "I guarantee you there's a bunch of junior high kids in the state of Ohio wondering what it's like to be a champion," Bush said Monday, with Ohio State's team standing behind him. Portland's women's soccer team, UCLA's men's soccer team and Southern California's women's volleyball team also were present at the White House.

YSU on TV

Youngstown State's men's basketball game at Illinois-Chicago will be televised by WYFX (17/62) Saturday at 7 p.m.
