CLEVELAND -- Tim Scenna, formerly of Boardman, has been named assistant traffic manager of the traffic/estimating group at Liggett-Stashower, a Cleveland communications company. He has a bachelor's degree in communications from John Carroll University and had been a manager at Mailboxes Etc.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Home Savings and Loan, a subsidiary of United Community Financial Corp., has promoted Trish V. Mohan to branch sales manager of its Eastwood Office in the Great East Plaza in Niles. Mohan had been customer service manager at the bank's Howland office and has 11 years of banking experience. A Niles resident, she is a student at Kent State University.
WARREN -- Raymond Chartier Jr. of Boardman has been named branch manager at Seven Seventeen Credit Union's Boardman office. He had been branch manager of Metropolitan National Bank's Canfield office. He has a bachelor's degree from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pa.
Seven Seventeen promoted Mark Munno to indirect lending officer. He had been branch manager at the credit union's Boardman office.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Humility of Mary Health Partners has named Alisia Snowden to its corporate care team. She will be responsible for developing and maintaining major corporate accounts. She previously coordinated a occupational health and research program for MedCentral Health Systems.
AKRON -- InfoCision Management has promoted Carrie Gurbis to senior program supervisor in the company's Austintown commercial customer care call center. The Fairlawn resident joined the company in 2001 as a program supervisor in the company's Uniontown call center.
