Leak leaves residents without water

Published: Mon, February 10, 2003 @ 12:00 a.m.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Residents near the intersection of Midlothian Boulevard and Youngstown-Poland Road were without water for most of Saturday while crews worked to repair a waterline leak.

The leak, which was caused by low temperatures, occurred at about 8:30 a.m.

Crews shut off the water to make repairs. The water was still off at about 8 p.m.

A water department employee wasn't sure how many people were affected by the leak.
