MEN

PEPPER PIKE -- The Geneva College men's basketball team lived up to its national ranking Tuesday, by posting a 64-62 win over Notre Dame College for its eighth straight triumph. The Golden Tornadoes entered the game ranked 22nd in the NAIA Division II poll. Stefan Grundberg and Tim Sawyer each scored 15 points, while Chad Mraz added 10 points for Geneva (15-9, 8-2) in the American Mideast Conference game.

WOMEN

PEPPER PIKE -- Geneva's freshman duo of Jen Rawding and Ali Cananzi scored 38 total points in a 57-54 victory over Notre Dame College in an American Mideast North Division game Tuesday. Rawding scored 22 points, while Cananzi added 16 as the Tornadoes (13-11, 6-7) won their fourth straight game.

Ohio Wesleyan 63, Hiram 43

HIRAM -- Terra Roane led the Terriers (1-18, 0-10) in the losing cause with 15 points, while Johanna Wright added 12 points and 11 rebounds in the North Coast Athletic Conference game.
