TODAY

XFraternal Order of Eagles 3298, 1655 Raccoon Road, Austintown, will serve dinners from 4 to 8 p.m. All-you-can-eat fish or four-piece honey-dipped chicken dinners will be $6.95; pasta meals will feature all-you-can-eat spaghetti with two meatballs or rigatoni for $5; and pork chop dinners will be $7.95. Meals will include salad, a side dish of potato or pasta, and bread and butter. A variety of sandwiches for $2.50 and a children's menu also will be available. FRIDAY

XAmerican Legion Benjamin Firestone Post 290, 44403 state Route 14, Fairfield Township, will sponsor an all-you-can-eat fish fry from 4 to 7:30 p.m. The cost is $7. Takeout orders will be available; call (330) 482-9657.

XRelay for Life Committee of the Church Hill United Methodist Church, 189 Churchill-Hubbard Road, Liberty Township, will hold a fish dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. and a silent auction. Tickets are $6.50 for adults and $5 for children under 12, and will be available at the door. The menu will include macaroni and cheese, green beans, coleslaw, applesauce, rolls, desserts and beverage. Carryouts will be available. The silent auction will include giveaways of baskets and an Amish rocker; tickets are $1 each or six for $5. The winning tickets will be drawn at 6:45 p.m. The winners need not be present. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

XHoly Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will serve fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod, Spanish rice or haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries, coleslaw, bread, and coffee or tea. The cost is $7 for adults and $3.50 for children. Dessert will be an additional $1.50. Containers will be provided for takeouts. Orders will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at (330) 792-1005.

XHubbard VFW 3767 Auxiliary, 710 W. Liberty St., will hold a fish fry from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Cost is $6 for large dinners, baked or fried, and $4.25 for small dinners. The menu also will feature a choice of french fries, haluski or macaroni and cheese. Carryouts will be available. For information call (330) 534-9775.

XMary Mother of Hope Parish, corner of North and Beaver streets, New Castle, Pa., will hold a fish fry from 3 to 7 p.m. Baked or fried fish dinners with french fries or macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, cake and beverage are $6.50 for adults and $4 for children 5 and under with purchase of an adult meal. XNorth Beaver Township Volunteer Fire Department, 969 Mount Jackson Road, New Castle, Pa., will hold a fish fry from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Meals will include coleslaw, potato, dessert and beverage, and the cost is $7 for adults, $4 for children 7 to 18 and free to those 6 and under.

XSt. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 3223 Atlantic St., Warren, will serve fish dinners from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Dine-in or takeout will be available. Entrees are baked or fried cod, plaki, shrimp, spaghetti with calamari sauce, smelts and spaghetti. Dinners will include coleslaw, bread, dessert, beverage and a choice of two side dishes: green beans, rice, macaroni and cheese or french fries. Prices vary from $6 to $8, depending on entree choice. Fish dinners for children under 12 are $3.

XSt. Michael Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Church, 125 Steel St., Youngstown, will sponsor a haluski, pasta fagioli and bake sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Cost per pint is $2. Call in orders from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday to (330) 792-5676.

SATURDAY

The menu also will feature salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, bread and butter, pie and beverage. Cost is $6, and containers will be provided for takeout orders. No reservations are necessary. XGood Hope Lutheran Church, 12030 Market St., North Lima, will serve an all-you-can eat spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. May 3. Tickets are $5.50 for adults and $2 for children 5 to 12. XImmanuel Lutheran Church, 485 Redondo Road, Youngstown, will hold a chicken dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. April 24. Meals are $6 for adults and $2.50 for children under 12.

XShepherd of the Valley, 7148 West Blvd., Boardman, will hold a spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. April 24. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. In conjunction with the event, a Chinese auction will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Funds will benefit the American Cancer Society Relay for Life on May 17 at Boardman Center Middle School stadium.

XWoodland Park United Methodist Church, 601 Ohio Ave., McDonald, will sponsor a spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. April 26. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children 5 to 12. Those under 5 are free. For information call the church at (330) 530-9439.
