Maximum incomes

The maximum incomes of households eligible to buy a government subsidized CHOICE home:

One person: $26,380

Two people: $31,200

Three people: $35,040

Four people: $38,960

Five people: $42,080

Six people: $45,200

Seven people: $48,320

Eight people: $51,440

The mortgage payment would be $306 per month to buy a newly built CHOICE home. The owner would need $1,000 for a down payment and qualify for a 30-year mortgage at 7 percent.

The mortgage payment would be $200 per month to buy a rehabilitated CHOICE home. The owner would need $1,000 for a down payment and qualify for a 30-year mortgage at 6 percent.
