Richard J. Hodnicky, 44, Struthers-Liberty Road, Campbell; failure to comply with police order.
Janice Marie Matricardi, 35, East Midlothian Boulevard, Struthers; cocaine possession.
Richard J. Bunch Jr., 24, Jackson Street, Warren; receiving stolen property.
Ernie L. Jones, 34, New Road, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
LaShonda Shavers, 24, Bissell Avenue, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Eugene Archer, 54, Cohasset Drive, Youngstown; murder.
Jeffrey Martin, 36, Parkview Avenue, Youngstown; concealed weapon.
Susan L. Stanko-Prassinos, 40, Shehy Street, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
William V. Wereb, 38, Clyde Street, Poland; concealed weapon, receiving stolen property.
James C. Trible, 19, Sharon Drive, Youngstown; tampering with evidence.
Catherine B. Divens, 52, Fountain Square Drive, Austintown; three counts of drug theft.
The grand jury declined to indict the following people:

John M. Bering, 32, McCartney Road, Lowellville; domestic violence.
