HUBBARD - Rhiannon Rambo and Eugene White III, both of Hubbard, are engaged.
The announcement is being made by the future groom's parents, Shelley and Brian Pishkur of Hubbard and Eugene Jr. and Joanie White of Struthers.
The bride-to-be's parents are Bob and Kathryn Blankenbicker of Brighton Township.
She is employed as a legal assistant with Simon Property Group in Boardman.
Mr. White is a constructor worker with Full Power Construction in Struthers.
The couple will be married Oct. 11.
