ELLWOOD CITY, PA. Police file more charges in shooting in Wayne Twp.
A fourth person also has been charged.
ELLWOOD CITY, Pa. -- State police have filed additional charges in an August shooting.
Police said shots were fired from a handgun at three people standing on a porch and at a car in the driveway of a home on Old Pittsburg Road in Wayne Township on Aug. 21. Police have given no motive for the shooting.
Christopher M. Sojack, 36, of West Byers Avenue, New Castle, was initially charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangering of another person, simple assault, receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a license and criminal mischief. Police filed an additional charge Wednesday against Sojack of criminal conspiracy.
Billie Jo Marshall, 22, of Vance Road, New Castle, and Heather M. Anzalone, 26, of R.D. 6, New Castle, were initially charged with criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault. Police filed additional charges against Anzalone and Marshall on Wednesday of criminal conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy to commit recklessly endangering of another person, terroristic threats and harassment by communication.
A fourth person also has been charged. Kenzie M. Houk, 20, of Gardner Center Road is accused of criminal conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault, criminal conspiracy to commit recklessly endangering and harassment by communication.
Police have not explained the threat and harassment charges.
All four were arraigned by District Justice Samuel Battaglia and released without monetary bond. Preliminary hearings are at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
