SHARON, Pa. -- Nuptial vows were exchanged by Brandy Lynn Arthur of Columbus and Robert Alan Davies of Upper Arlington during a 2 p.m. ceremony Aug. 10 at Sts. Peter and Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church.
The Rev. Paul Grexa presided for the daughter of Gerald and Karen Arthur, 6512 Merwin-Chase Road, Brookfield, and the son of Robert and Debra Davies, 785 Syme St., Masury, and a reception followed at St. Demetrios Banquet Center in Warren.
They live at 5379 John Browning Drive, Canal Winchester.
Rhinestones, pearls and sequins adorned the bride's strapless gown. It featured a basque waist and a chapel train.
Buttercup-yellow gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Shelly Komorek, and the bridesmaids, Kelly Davies, the groom's sister; Dana Shockey; Amber Pickard; Dana Taylor; Melissa Mosora; and Susie Dreier.
Norm McKnight and the groom's brother, Dan Davies, shared the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Jerry Arthur, the bride's brother; Kevin Wellendorf; Kenny Wellendorf; Bob Roth; and Tony Hansen.
A graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in elementary and special education, the bride is a first-grade teacher at Valley View Schools in Columbus.
The groom graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in sports medicine-exercise science from Baldwin Wallace College, Berea, and a bachelor's in physical therapy from Ohio State University, where he is in the graduate physical-therapy program.
