Kidd, who had his best scoring night with the Nets, also had nine assists and seven rebounds. Kenyon Martin had 16 points and Kerry Kittles added 15 for the Nets, who have won all four of their home games.
Elton Brand and Andre Miller each scored 20 to lead the Clippers.

INDIANAPOLIS -- Ron Artest scored 27 points and Brad Miller had 19 as Indiana beat New York.

Marbury, who sulked while sitting out the fourth quarter of Wednesday night's 93-88 victory over Atlanta, missed his first seven shots but scored 11 points to lead an up-tempo Phoenix offense to a 37-point third quarter, its highest-scoring quarter this season.

SALT LAKE CITY -- Karl Malone returned to the Utah lineup after sitting out a game with the flu and scored a season-high 27 points to lead Utah over Atlanta.
Malone showed no lingering effects of the illness that kept him out of Wednesday's loss to Detroit and a week of practice, adding season bests of 11 rebounds and seven assists.
Matt Harpring scored 25 and Andrei Kirilenko finished with 16 points for Utah, which avoided a second-straight 1-5 start and had its highest-scoring game of the season.
