Assumption pilgrimage
NORTH JACKSON -- The National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon will have its 37th annual Assumption Pilgrimage Aug. 13, 14 and 15.
The Liturgy will be said at 7 p.m. by Bishop Michael Botean of the Romanian Catholic Diocese of Canton on Aug. 13; Bishop Thomas Tobin of the Diocese of Youngstown on Aug. 14, and Bishop Robert Shaheen of the Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon in St. Louis, Mo., Aug. 15.
There will be a candlelight procession each evening after the liturgy. On Aug. 14, there will be a musical tribute and prayer for America and world peace. A memorial service for Sept. 11 victims will take place Aug. 15. Confessions are heard daily.
There is transportation for the elderly and handicapped to and from vehicle parking. Food and refreshments are available. Prince of Peace chapel is now air-conditioned. Call (330) 538-3351.
Banquet set
HUBBARD -- Evangelist Betty Willis of Marietta, Ga., formerly of Youngstown, will speak at the Christian Family Fellowship banquet at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Brentford House, sponsored by pastor Barbara Dobranchin of Jesus is the Way Outreach Ministries in Liberty and Bishop Alvin McCoy of New & amp; Living Way Apostolic Church in Farrell, Pa. Revival scheduled
YOUNGSTOWN -- A revival will be at 6 p.m. Aug. 4 to 10 at Bethel Lighthouse Ministries. The revival will be led by Dr. Bishop Fred Spain of South Carolina, the founder of Lighthouse Ministries International.

WARREN -- Eli Christian Center will hold its fifth annual conference Thursday through Aug. 4 featuring Pastor Troy Bronner of Buffalo, N.Y.; Pastor Wynell Johnson Freeman of Willingboro, N.J.; and Evangelist Marilyn Baytops of Reynoldsburg.
