Molnars feted at family dinner for 60th jubilee

AUSTINTOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. Gus Molnar, 4503 Woodleigh Ave., were honored July 27 at a family dinner at The Timberlanes in Salem on the occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary.

Hosts for the festivity were the couple's children, John Molnar and Bill Molnar, both of Syracuse, N.Y.; Gene Molnar of Ormond Beach, Fla.; Marilyn Dubeansky of Mentor; Richard Molnar of Fort Wayne, Ind.; David Molnar of Stow; and Anthony Molnar of Mineral City; and their 15 grandchildren.

Mr. Molnar and the former Dot Durant were married July 9, 1942, at St. Joseph Church in Bombay, N.Y. He retired in 1984 from General Motors Corp. in Lordstown, where he worked for 26 years.

The Molnars lived in New York prior to moving to Ohio in 1966. They belong to St. Joseph Church.
