A 35-year-old Youngstown man accused of driving an SUV into a Boardman police officer in a grocery store parking lot was indicted Friday by a Mahoning County grand jury on two counts of felonious assault and one count of aggravated robbery. John Lee Clark of Volney Road is accused of driving the getaway vehicle April 2 for a woman who stole $151 worth of meat, wine and cigars. Josette Carter, 29, of the same Volney Road address, had a 360-day jail sentence suspended and was placed on one year's probation on her conviction for theft and assault. One officer was struck as police tried to stop the couple.

Zoltan J. Kozic, 28, East Calla Road, New Middletown; two counts of aggravated robbery with firearm specifications, kidnapping with firearm specification.
Jonathan Jerome Brown, 27, Deerfield Avenue, Warren; receiving stolen property.
Rajindar Singh, 52, Lakeview Circle, East Liverpool; deception to obtain dangerous drugs.
Jovan Derrick Lewis, 21, Crandall Avenue, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons.
Willie E. Jones, 22, Elm Street, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Julia K. Darney, 22, Gault Road, North Jackson; two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Khaleah Green, 25, Idlewood Avenue, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons.
Vincent E. Finley, 38, Fifth Avenue, Youngstown; burglary.
Secret indictments were handed up against five people. Two face counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs. One faces three counts of trafficking in heroin and one count of trafficking in cocaine. Another faces three counts of trafficking in cocaine. The fifth faces five counts of trafficking in cocaine.
